These prices are WITH shipping included, and without registration. Please note that there is an additional $200.00 charge if you are wanting your puppy registered. Registered maltepoos can only be registered through CKC. Pricing for all other breeds is the same as for maltepoo unless otherwise noted. Shipping Shipping is included in the price of your puppy and only valid for shipping in the US. Shipping to other countries such as Canada, Puerto Rico, UK and others are subject to additional shipping charges. Please bring to our attention if puppy will be shipped to outside the US for proper shipping quote. Please check your local governments concerning possible quarantine. Local Shipping within 80 miles from us will be charged a $120.00 delivery fee, we are having to increase due to the rising gas prices. If we must travel further than 80 miles there will be additional charges. Please note that shipping costs are also non refundable. If you are unable to receive your puppy when it is ready to ship and we must hold it for any length of time after it is ready, there will be a $18.00 a day boarding fee applied to your balance and must be paid before puppy can be shipped. International Shipping Please note that there is a 6 month quarantine for puppies shipped to the UK. You can check out more information at www.defra.gov.uk Puppies are generally shipped at 8-12 weeks old. Shipped puppies are up to date on shots and de-worming and are shipped with a pet taxi! Shot records are emailed before shipping! The teacups and extra-tinies usually ship at 10-14 weeks old. Please note we do not do pictures until at least 4-6 weeks old. If you do not require shipping you may deduct $200.00 from the price of the puppy. Although, if we must deliver, delivery charges will still apply. REFUNDS: If you are requesting a refund for registration, prescription medicine needed for health care,puppy purchase cancellation refund, size guarantee or for any other reason, you must send a certified letter with your required documentation. You also need to send an e-mail to: puppiepoos@aol.com Cancellation Policy If you are not sure of what documentation is required that information will be provided to you. The only request for refunds that we accept are through certified mail. We do charge a $1,300.00 cancellation fee on Tiny Teacups, $700.00 cancellation fee on Teacups. $500.00 cancellation fee on all other size puppies. Once payment is received, and you decide not to purchase the puppy that we have held for you, a $18 a day holding fee will also be added to your balance or cancellation fee. For each day that we held the puppy for you. Please keep in mind that deposits are not refundable when increasing or adding payments to your deposit. Refunds will not be given without a written request. All refunds are issued between the 5st & 15th of every month. No exceptions! If we have already agreed to provide you with a replacement puppy, we will only allow one year for you to select a replacement puppy, and a waiting list application must be submitted by you with your current contact information. If you have not selected a puppy within one year, providing puppies were available in the breed and size that you requested, we are no longer responsible for providing you with a replacement puppy these restrictions apply to everyone . Please be sure before making payments that there is nothing that may prevent you from receiving this puppy. If you have to cancel your order, after payment is made fees will be applied. Deposits All deposits are ~ NON REFUNDABLE~ Please understand that this is our policy and will make no exceptions. We ask that before you submit or along with your payment you acknowledge that you are aware of the deposit being non refundable. Your deposit IS deducted from the price of the puppy, though, deposits can be made through Western Union, or thru Fed EX or DHL or similar methods by Money Order or Visa/ master card only. |
